Menopause Workshops
As a Menopause Yoga teacher and menopause nutritionist and coach, I offer workshops which are designed to take you on a journey.
My aim is to create supportive, safe spaces for women to come together in a community. I will give you space and silence for self-reflection, journal writing and simply sitting with your emotions.
There will be opportunity for discussion, shared experiences and support in a confidential group (participation optional).

You will receive factual information on what happens during the menopause and why, HRT, guidance on natural remedies and nutrition and how to move and exercise after the age of 40.
​
Following each workshop, you have the choice to remain part of the Women's Circle by being part of a WhatsApp group. In this way, you can all stay in touch and share thoughts, information or meet up.
